That's huge as well.  If we figure out our punting thing, we'll be just fine!

Reggie Willimas ties the franchise TD record
with todays TD catch by reggie williams from Garrard today ties the franchise TD record of eight held by Jimmy Smith for the season.

Is Reggie Williams finally distinguishing himself as a # 1 receiver and living up to his first round selection?

I think so

A Signature Win
THis is a signature win especially against an elite AFC team.

The Balance of Power in the AFC has changed to
New England, Indianapolis, Jaguars

Will we see the Jags move up in the Power Rankings arouind the country?

Should we at least move up to # 4?

The Jags are Peaking
I believe that the Jags are getting HOT...much like the 2005 Steelers in their Super Bowl run....

THe Jags have to go to Oakland and Houston.  they are 10-4 and a "win and their IN" playoff scenario next week in Oakland.

Since many people around the country view the Jags as a "poor mans Steelers" could we be repeating history this year?

We are getting HOT at the right time in the season and I know many folks around the league are quietly saying that they dont want to face the Jags in the playoffs....

If this is true...does it mean that everyone around the league believe that the Jags are the only team that can take out the Patriots?

The Offensive Line was at its best
The Offensive Line put on a performance unlike any other today.

They didnt wear long sleeves or Long Johns...and came out with slobber hanging from their nose and TOTALLY DOMINATED the #1 Defense in the league.

They opened huge 18-wheeler sized holes for the running game...and protected Garrard allowing him to execute Koetter's game plan with a high level of excellence.  They did not allow a sack today.

Rambling thought....
I am gonna call it right now.

The Steelers will lose their next game at St. Louis Rams on Thursday night.

Why?...here is my logic

The Steelers were sore from playing the Pats going into this game....and we all know that the Jags play some ROUGH football...the steelers have a short week...they are going to be physically hurting come Thursday night and not play good ball.

That loss may allow the Browns to take the AFC North

Don't forget
The Steelers play on Thursday, so they'll only have 4 days to recover.

I bet they regret big time playing a sore Ben today.

OFFENSE SETS RECORD WITH 400-PLUS YDS
From jaguars.com

The Jaguars amassed 400-plus total yards in the fourth consecutive game for the first time in team history. It marked the sixth game in 2007 with 400-plus yards, the most in team history. The previous record was five in both 1999 and 2000.

Special note about this stat....

The Steelers allowes the Patriots 421 yds of offense in their loss last week.

How many yds did the Jags put on 'em?

422

No wonder no one wants to meet the Jags in the Playoffs!

Dumbass Players of the Game....
Steelers-  Anthony Smith

Jaguars- Fric and Frac-
Josh Scobee and Adam Podlesh

Smith is just an idiot in general, but Scobee and Podlesh could have cost the Jags this game.  Podlesh with his terrible screw-ups and lack of concentration and focus gave the Steelers 14 points all by HIMSELF.

I wonder how sore his ears are gonna be, cause JDR is gonna RAPE his EARS about his performance today.
