There is a wee bit of scuttlebutt..
That Pittsburgh at 15 will swap with Jacksonville at 17 and a 4th round pick.

The Steelers need a lot of picks to help convert to 4-3, and the Jags could get CB Revis or DE Anderson at 15.

Jets are moving up?
With the fourteenth pick in the draft... your New York Jets select...Fullback....ARGH!!!! OH NO!!!!!!

by Office Linebacker on Apr 28, 2007 12:13 PM EDT reply actions

hahahaha
That would be great.  Though there is one "fullback" worth taking in the first round, but if the Jets wanted to do that they'd stay at 25

Ah
There we go.

Russell.

Good for them, now they just need an O-line.

What a suprise
No shock here, although I'm very curious what the Lions will do.

by Office Linebacker on Apr 28, 2007 12:21 PM EDT reply actions

Now with the lions on the clock...
we could see some trade maddness for CJ.

Tampa has to be on the horn right now.

Big Pick
This is actually the most important pick in the draft because every board will be re-ordered based on what Detroit does here.

I'd draft Mike Martz. Make him play in his crazy offense and see how he likes to have to listen to him.

by Office Linebacker on Apr 28, 2007 12:22 PM EDT reply actions

Yeah
That's what I have. The clock just went crazy while Oakland was actually calling up Russell.

by Office Linebacker on Apr 28, 2007 12:23 PM EDT reply actions

They should have cameras
In the draft rooms...Especially Dallas and Oakland.  I just want to see Jerry Jones and AL Davis have a "Old Coot" hoe down.

In other news, Kerns is bringing be a case of the Official Sponsor of the 2007 NFL Draft, Coors Light!

Rocky Mountain Fresh!

That they got over the stigma of "not picking another wide reciever" because this kid is obviously different than Chuck Rogers.

by Office Linebacker on Apr 28, 2007 12:33 PM EDT reply actions

I completey agree
But things could still get crazy when Tampa goes on the clock, they could still get CJ in a trade.

But it's a good point.

The got the guy from USC in the 2nd last year
and he's pretty good at guard, and their center is OK too, so it's really only two more spots...
