Free Agency and the Jaguars

We suck at free agency boys and girls, bottom line... It seems like we shell out big bucks for mid-line players.. When's the last time we got a "big" free agent pick up? Porter, Florence...eck nothing seems to really work out for us. I'm not saying that the big names will always get it done but jesus something's gotta give. Where would we be right now if we took the chance on Moss? I believe in building through the draft and filling in the spots, but if you're gonna spend...... spend god dammit!!! lol I've had enough of this mediocre bullshit. I'm just thinking about what this year "could've" been... Here's to next year....... sigh .........

Oh, and someone actually suggested we sign Larry Fitzgerald…(the guy signed a 40 million dollar deal in the offseason people!!)
Plus I read someone who said Weaver would sell becasue his Shoe Carnival stock had dropped from a high of $37 a share in 2007 to 6 dollars a share now…. HELLO PEOPLE!! The stock was worth only $3 and change in the year 2000, so by my math, it would seem he is still up.

Yeah, but it's on a site I write for, and many others visit this site too.

I’m only offended because this site has always been for everyone and we (Chris, John, and Myself) want to keep it that way.

Your language didn’t overtly offend me (except the G*d Dammit stuff, that bothers me a little). I’m a doctoral student and have heard plenty of cursing, my ears aren’t virgins. However, that doesn’t change the fact that this site isn’t the place for it. Cursing and the like are allowed on the Jags message boards, but we try to keep it to a minimum here (sometimes during the live blog, things can get outta hand), but for the most part, even the live blogs are pretty clean.

I’m not coming down on you so please don’t take it that way, I could’ve just deleted the thread. Keep posting fanposts bro, just try not to curse so much on the site. :) No hard feelings KNS.

Exactly! I know cursing is part of the vernacular and I experience it everyday at school, so sometimes its hard to stop yourself

especially when the team is playing so abhorrently. Still, We want this site to be a refuge for true fans where no one has to worry about about cursing or racism or politics.

Keep up the fanposts though bro, fans like yourself and the fanposts they compile are grat and add so much to the site.
