What a disappointment

Well I have to say it is hard to become a fan of this team.

I will start this by saying I have been a Cowboys fan since 1971 and just moved to Jacksonville in Dec 07. I thought since the Jags are in the AFC I would give them a chance and I really have this season but they are so disfunctional it makes it impossiable to root for them. I was on the sidelines for the game against the Titans and I just didn't see the emotion I expected from a professional team.
Now since I am a Cowboys fan and Del Rio was once a Cowboy I find it hard to say this but maybe it's his time to go. I don't know but something is wrong with this team. Maybe they are not a T-E-A-M as someone else said this week, if that is the case would that not be the Coachs fault? I just wanted to express my dilemma with the Jags. I really want to become a fan but its hard.

I'm a little confused

You say you were on the sidelines of the game and they didn’t show the emotion you’d expect from a professional team. Have you been on the sideline of other teams that show more emotion? What did they not show you?

You know I agree with you on some issues and appreciate your regular participation, but we’re family here bro. Lay off of AFL storm, he’s just being honest and I think you have to respect him for that. He’s a J-Ville transplant and is trying to get behind a new team, cut him some slack. I don’t care if you don’t agree, just be nice.

Again, I agree with alot of what you post in terms of the team and their decisions, and it’s obvious you understand football well, however, you gotta be nicer bro. :) Please dont take this the wrong way. Like I said, we’re a family, we just don’t always agree, but we must be civil even with the season already out of the window.

Keep the insightful comments coming, just keep the cursing and such to a minimum, Thanks Bro.

AFL Storm, what DID you see on the sidelines that concerned you?

I’d be interested to hear it. Did the team seem to have quit, were they passionless, what happened to make you feel this way? We love insider info and fan perspective on this site, so I’d love to hear if you saw something that maybe didn’t get reported or something of the like.
