Fred Taylor Must Stay!

Let's give Fred another year and let's give him the best year of his career. He deserves it and Jacksonville owes that to him. I will be so disappointed in our management if he is released! Surely, they wouldn't do that to the fans in Jacksonville who have supported this team since the very first game! Thank you Fred, for the only touchdown we got tonight against the Texans. Be sure to vote for Fred for the PRO Bowl!

I agree, he should stay

His contract should be adjusted to reflect his more limited role in the offense, and I think he understands that. He showed me last night that he is one of the few players on this team that are stilling giving everything they have every play. He still has the wheels and the moves to make it in this league, the only reason he is not playing as well this year is that he is being hit in the backfield on half of the plays. If we don’t re-sign him, someone else certainly will.

I think Fred's earned the right to do what he wants

If it becomes clear we’re in rebuilding mode next year, I think he’s earned the right to walk and sign for a contender.

Don't forget

Garrard passed a TD to Reggie Williams. Also as much as I would like to have Freddy T in the Pro Bowl again, he hasn’t earned it this year. Though I think he’s earned plenty he hasn’t gotten in the past.
