Final Exam Musings : A Forum to VENT

Having Just finished my finals, I'm sitting in a [insert substance of choice here] stupor before you. I know there are fans here at BCC that are in some sort of Educational Program, be it Law School (here's lookin at you abeaugh), a Grad School of some sort, or a backwater program like FSU... (sorry John). Now's the time that finals are going for some and finishing for others... we feel for you. When you're done we'll be here talking about the Jags.

Feel Free to Vent... here's some brainstorming questions to help get you started and maybe jog your memory of test day...

Why are you such a failure?

When will you ever accomplish anything of value?

Why do grades come out right before Christmas?

Was it A and B, but not C, or was it A and C, but not B?

None of the above?

Again, Why are you such a failure?

Why did I bother to read the textbook, everything is from the lecture?

Why haven't I seen this before, did I skip a class?

Why did I skip that class...?

Is that girl cheating?

That girl is clearly cheating...

Why did I think open book/note test meant easy A?

Well, hope that helps! What questions do you have about test day? What teachers irked you, what tests were patently unfair, air it all out. Here's an anonymous forum to hate on any aspect of school. Have at it :)

Hey, Florida Turned me down for undergrad and my brother graduated from there! I finished undergrad a USF BULL and I think it was a pretty solid school academically. It may not be as prestigious as UF, but like all the State Schools in Florida, their education is top notch.

Finally a break to rest, watch bowl games, and sleep. Hopefully I’ll see at least one more Jags win.

Just took my last final as well. Was abit under pressure on that one ;). Hopefully the Jags do pull out another win or two. Question, did we ever end up having that BCC tailgate party? Debating about going to the Colts game, even if just for the simply pleasure of screaming “F*** YOU PEYTON MANNING!” in person instead of just at the TV.

I was thinking of going to that game myself.

If you are serious, let me know and maybe we can get tickets together or something. That would be tight, because I don’t think I’d have someone to go with otherwise.

Just depends on how a few other things shake out

Don’t know how long I’m going to be staying in Tally. Grad Assistant office hours and what freshmen undergrad classes I’ll be teaching still haven’t been put out
