Donovan Darius beats out Mccardell I think...
He was known as one of the biggest hitters in the NFL during his prime. He set the defensive tone.
Tony Brakens and Kevin Hardy had some amazing seasons too. Rashean Mathis is great. Mike P is great too…
James Stewert had some strong years, but completely faded after he left the team, and he might not qualify as great, but I liked him.
Freddy T is the all time great though… no question
Darius
I miss seein him knock people on their ass. haha Hell of a player

He really got blessed with his last contract a year ago.
The Raiders gave him 600,000 guarenteed, and waived him before he ever played a down on the team. Darius retired after that and I was soooo happy to know he got that last financial boost before he hit the road. He was such a stong valued Christian who really made his mark on and off the field. He will always be remembered in Jacksonville.
Dont forget about our TE
Kyle Brady was a good player for us too. Yeah he didnt play the TE position like a Shannon Sharpe player could but he was still a very solid dependable player who was a fantasic blocker. He also has some great hands.
My top 5
Fred Taylor
Jimmy Smith
Mark Brunell
Tony Brackens
Hmmnn, five is hard. I love Tony B, don’t get me wrong, but I feel like there’s another defender that I’m missing.
Fine, I’ll settle. Tony Boselli

What was the injury that derailed Brakens' career?
He just never came back the same and I can’t remember what the injury was that caused him to lose that ever so vital first step.
come on guys
1. jimmy smith
2. tony boselli
3. fred taylor
4. mark brunell
5. toss up between … tony brackens, donovan darius, leon searcy, marcus stroud and keenan mccardell
Darius is a sentimental favorite
But top five ever, I just don’t know. He certainly gets my award for “best fan relationship”.

Is anyone considering Mike Hollis?
He holds a few franchise records
Call me crazy, but...
Well, most people call me crazy behind my back… Anyhooo… How about good ol’ Jaxson De Ville? I’m not really serious, but he is a huge part of the game if you are there in person. You would have a tough time in denying the fact that he keeps a LOT of fans all riled up the entire 60 minutes. Whoot Whoot ! !
