QUICK QUESTION

Is anyone able to get a question through to vic ketchmen? He never picks my question and I want to know is there a criteria or does he just have favorites? I like vic but he only seems to answer the dumbest of dumb questions. Big Cat Country should have a question segment dedicated to die hards. So I am making a poll and please be a truthful as possible because I need stats to see if there is some kinda theme going here.

He’s answered about six of mine over the last few years… I think he literally gets hundreds of emails each day… so if you figure the odds, it’s not so great… i try to ask questions that are really off center, but still may hold great interest to other readers… for example, i dont ask about trades of jason taylor or lito sheppard… i dont ask about who looks good in the ‘underwear’ practices… i dont ask about polls or preseason rankings… does that make sense?... i’m sure you already knew that, but i wanted to stress that he most likely gets the same questions each day, but even if you do ask one that seems completely different and thought provoking, he might answer it in his sarcastic manner… keep on submitting, ya never know!

It’s all about what you ask. I’ve had the best luck when I’ve asked off-center questions. If it’s something you can read about on ESPN, it’s probably not going to get answered. Things about where a player is on the depth chart in June or how a rookie is looking are probably passed over.

I have been able to get four or five in over the past few years. Two were just stupid comments though. I asked him if was appropriate for us to storm the field if we beat the Colts. The funny thing is one of my buddies asked hime if we could tear down the goal posts if we beat them. Vic answered both questions back to back. We felt like rock stars…....or comedians.

the questions, but not the answers. Can you refresh me?
BTW Jaguar SB Bound, I’ve had 5 questions answered in the last year and a half. He likes to answer golf questions, but I don’t like golf. To be honest I wish people would stop asking him golf questions, or horse racing, or hockey. He also loves talking about his old stories about people (players or otherwise) of NFL historical importance.
