ESPN.com votes Gregg Williams one of the best assistants in the NFL

Per the Article
Williams will be a head coach in the NFL again, although he did not have great success as Buffalo's head coach from 2001 to 2003. One of the most respected defensive coaches in the league, Williams was widely expected to succeed Joe Gibbs as head coach of Washington after Williams was the defensive coordinator there. The Jaguars think Williams could be the missing link to a special season, but they had better strike quickly: Williams, who turns 50 next week, might not be around in 2009.
Some other hot names are on the list too, including Dallas Head coach offensive coordinator Jason Garrett and Giants defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo. If Williams is the answer to our pass rush woes, I hope he stays longer, but if he does what we all hope he does, we will be seeing a new defensive coordinator in 2009.

Wow.
Explain that in a little more detail. Winning record as a coach, led team to the playoffs, makes aggressive play calls that win games.
If you pull the “stupid penalties loses games card”, I’ll have you know that the Jaguars were one of the least penalized team in the league over the last two seasons.
If you’re going to Colts Troll, you better bring the substance.
