"Matt will be in camp," Del Rio said. "We feel like this is something that he'll have to deal with personally with the law. We expect to have him in camp on time on Friday and we'll help him work through it."

There had been speculation that the Jaguars would part ways with Jones after his arrest. Instead, Del Rio says he wants to help the receiver become a better man.

"He feels bad," Del Rio said. "But he understands that he'll have to deal with this head on like a man."
