The picks above (New Orleans Saints defensive tackle Sedrick Ellis) and below (Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Keith Rivers) Harvey also are unsigned, one of several factors that could delay his signing.

I was really hoping to see him get in camp on the ASAP. Seems like holdouts are another thing becoming extremely prevalent with rookies.

There has been no indication of a holdout yet. Just ongoing negotiations. Let’s hope for the best.
