QB PTR
David Garrard - S 2
Cleo Lemon - PB 0
Todd Bouman - PB 0
Summary: Garrard had a breakout season, emerging as a reliable fantasy performer with 18 TDs and just 3 INTs in the 12 games he started. With another year as a starter, Garrard will have more to do in the Jags expanded offensive plans, and he will meet the challenge. He ranks as a a very solid #2 fantasy QB.
RB PTR
Fred Taylor - S 2
Maurice Jones-Drew - ITR 2
Chauncey Washington 0
Greg Jones 0
Summary: Possibly the league's most lethal running back tandem in Taylor and Jones-Drew. However, as long as both are splitting time, neither can be considered an elite fantasy option. Taylor received more carries (223 vs.167), but Jones Drew had more TDs (9 vs. 5) and also caught 40 passes. Jones-Drew should be picked before Taylor, despite not being the starter.
