What do we call this game.
If last week was called a must win game then what do we call this weeks game? Is this a statement game were we send a message to the league that we are for real? If the Jaguars lose next week then we will be right back to the place we were before the Colts, facing a must win situation. That cannot happen. There are a lot of things troubling me about our team this year. It seems that the pass rush has finally arrived and the O-Line really stepped it up a notch last week, but what about the passing game. Everyone knows that we cant continue to win with just the run going. Where is Porter? When can we expect him back. Is it just me or has Reggie Williams taken a step back from last season where it looked like had improved. I love this team, and I for one will always support them. I just cant seem to shake off the uncertainty I feel about the team so far. What do all of you think?

I believe
that since Garrard was not sacked this week that he will start to become more comfortable in the pocket. I think after the Tenn. game that he became gun shy after running for his life. It was evident in the Bills game as well. He did look more like his former self against Indy, and I think that was a confidence builder for him. Now that the OL has their feet under them we will continue to see better performance from him.
The question will be how well will we look once JP, TW, MJ, MW, RW, and DN step on the field. I believe we have some very exciting thing to look forward to once the field begins to stretch.

This isn't a statement game
you can’t call it a statement game if you’re playing a winless team. Even if this team has given us trouble in the past. It’s a must win as a divisional game if the goal is to still win the division.

Sure!
Jerry Porter, Troy Williamson, Matt Jones, Mike Walker, Reggie Williams, and Dennis Northcut. BTW has anyone noticed that it seems that MJ has been playing more like a TE instead of a WR recently?

I think
he’s been blocking just as much as any of the other wr’s have been, and he’s not lining up tight against the line. But I do think he has been blocking better. Walker and Williams are still better blockers. I even saw Walker lined up tight against the line. He had a nice crack back block, that was pretty impressive.

Be there...
.. and be proud. Do what fans do… root in the home team.
