Tony Brown has been dealt a $10,000 fine by the NFL for two separate hits unleashed on Jaguars' quarterback David Garrard in Week 4, according to the Nashville City Paper.
Our View: Brown's first hit on Garrard was helmet-to-helmet. Brown is not a dirty player, and insists that he hit the quarterback under the chin.
