Early Games Open Thread
Is there anything worse than a 4:00 game? I can't handle the anticipation. What games are you watching during the early slate? Who's having a great day for Fantasy Football? Which team is going to melt-down before week 8? (Buffalo, Dallas are my bets)

Dallas
Dallas is headed for doom, if you asked me. I’m watching the Steelers vs Lions and Atl/SF – I love what Mike Smith has done with Atlanta (wish we still had him, though).

Word
4:00 games are the worst. You have to wait all day, wondering about the outcome. And for me, I have to do my homework right after lunch, because I have to watch the primetime game.

All the games
I looking for starts at !:15. It will be hard to watch on TV Pats-Broncos, and follow the Jaguars-Seahawks, commenting here and the Hungarian board…
I should have 4 hands and 2 heads for that.

Watching the Oak-NYG game
Giants are better in every aspect compared to Oakland.
Then theres the Philly-TB game, The TB play-calling is horrendous and Mcnabb looks good.

I beat the Giants with the Jags in Madden 2010...
28-27…. Some online kid scored at the last second, and then went for the 2-pt conversion, and got sacked…

The Cowboys are a bad team
just have the hype and the stadium, that’s all. The people will woke up veeeeery soon.
Wade Philipis will be gone next year, and Romo-well he is not an elite QB!
Jerry Jones is a reallly bad owner too!

Phillips getting gone is the rumor
I’m bypassing the football gmaes till 4:15, and looking at some ESPN stuff.
Looking at Gators Football recruiting, which is always interesting (Its the only reason i play NCAA games).

Note from Vic
Look for Tra Thomas to be in starting lineup at left tackle for Monroe. Monroe should play but is less than a week away from having flu.

Watching Cinncy-Balt
Yeah, the AFC North is bad this year
by Jonathan Loesche on Oct 11, 2009 2:54 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
Yep
Cincy is better than last year, but Carson Palmer is no longer even a mediocre quarterback unless he has an all-pro offensive line in front of him. Their defense isn’t all that bad though.
Cleveland is just horrible.
Pittsburgh isn’t going to be anything until they get that o-line straightened out, and their defense isn’t playing as well as they did last year.
Baltimore is good, but overrated.

Mike Thomas; Dillard and Underwood have major factors, expect things from zach Miller as well.
And Torry must perform well today!!!!

Rest easy, lads
I really like Iwuh and expect him to be flying all over the field today … we lose something there in terms of experience but certainly not in terms of speed. We will miss MSW, but the message that has been sent is an important one and lets players and fans alike know, once again, that there is a new sherriff in town. Seeing a lot more of Mike Thomas is not a bad thing … I just wonder if they will limit him in the return game, which would be unfortunate.
