I'm actually in shock
This is by FAR the worst the Jags have played in… well, years.

I still think...
That the game can be pulled. We need some luck, but I think the team can do it.

Man I glad I just listen it...
At least Houston suck too…
I thought I rooted for Titans tonight, now it doesn’t matter.
We are in a rebuildng game.
Well Vic will have tough days ahead of him…

I'm a guy that's glass is half full
I can’t watch the game (watching the Texans lay an egg), but this ass kicking could be a good thing down the road.
This will definitely be a learning tool down the road for these guys; no matter who you play in the NFL you’d better get up for the game. This isn’t State University vs Podunk State…
That being said I had visions of 6-2 dancing in my head…
Ignore the hype; look at the results.

Wisdom from VIC
It’s real simple, folks: Last in pass-defense and last in sacks doesn’t work well against teams that live by the pass.
It is right for the D, but what is it with the offense?

Protection
The O-line has given up plenty pressure…. and Garrard has thrown some pretty poor throws.

4 minutes into the 2nd half
Schaub finally goes over 100 yards passing, and they subsequently get beat down on 4th and 1 at the ’zona 22.
Another “positive”…the Jags didn’t get their asses handed to them as badly as the Texans are right now.
This season is definitely a ‘R’. Get ready for the roller coaster that is the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Ignore the hype; look at the results.

There were positives
though they were very small victories. I thought Knighton played really well, maybe his best game yet. And the new guy Middleton played really well on special teams. In fact the coverage teams and punter played well. Allen at MLB played pretty well for a UDFA rookie. It’s not easy to cover a guy like Carlson. I thought Nelson played well too.
We need another blocking TE. There is no if’s, and’s, or but’s about it. You can’t have a free run at Garrard every time Marcedes goes out for a pass.

I’m going to take out what tension I have by using the Jags to destroy someone on Madden.
Cheer up guys. It could be a lot, lot worse….
Top 10 reasons it’s good to be a Jags Fan
10. They’ve already won twice the number of games this year than the Lions won last year and this year combined.
9. Al Davis
8. Rush Limbaugh isn’t offering to be an owner of the team (Reps, don’t jump on me – I’m a conservative too :))
7. I’d rather break in the rookies now than when it counts.
6. Seattle had to toughen up…They were getting the eye from inmates that were jealous of their cool roadwork vests.
5. The team’s doctor has a ready supply of lithium to balance out the mood.
4. MSW wasn’t hurt on the plane ride to Seattle
3. The Jags don’t employ a fat guy with a $100+ million contract
2. Eric Mangini doesn’t work in North Florida
1. No matter what DG does the rest of the year, he’ll still be better than JaMarcus Russell.
Ignore the hype; look at the results.

The only thing worse than the pathetic coaching on this team is the heart of the players. They have laid down. It is insulting to fans to see Garrard laughing after throwing the ball away on 4th down.

I'm going to lose my mind
Look, someone needs to be held accountable for this. Jack Del Rio, I say farewell to you. This is not going to be taken lightly. I fully expect you go bye bye.

It is sad when Del rio can’t even make it on time to his own radio show. Granted an NFL coach puts in a lot of hours…but…geez

This is worse than 2008
What the hell will you have to say in the post game press conference Jack? Man that guy is going to be shredded.
This could seriously be the end of the line for this team. The attendance next Sunday could be below 30,000 maybe even lower. This game could not have come at a worse time.

The Cards are a decent team, we actually scored, and we were remotely close to a comeback towards the end.
I don’t think this team has ever been beaten this badly, ever!

Okay maybe not statistically...
but this is still the worst loss in franchise history in my book.
The Jags sure do love to build up your hopes and smash them mercilessly with a sledgehammer. I have no idea why I still care about this team after all these years or why I’m still surprised when stuff like this happens. It’s just the way of the world.
Come on, you can’t expect us to beat an inferior team after the momentum of a big win can you? That’s just not our style.

In all reality, it will take some time to dig out from this hole....
Shack Harris has so negatively affected this franchise with his first round busts. I would consider all his first round picks busts. I am a Gator, but R Nelson and D Harvey are very average at best. M Lewis is the same. Let’s try and forget about the other horrible picks.
No other team (with maybe the exception of the Lions) has had such little impact from their first round picks. Harris could be sued for malpractice if there was such a thing.

If at the end of the season he’s still not showing anything, then it’s time to start worrying.
