Tebow!!!
Arkansas played their hearts out. Superman stood strong.
Tim Tebow passed 17/26 times for 255 yards and a touchdown.
He ran the ball 27 times for 69 yards, his longest run was 16 yards.
This was a beautiful come from behind victory. Tim was clutch. He is a leader. The Gators produced this win despite the heavy loss of Brandon Spikes. Both lines for UF were pushed around. What a game!
I heard a Gene Smith interview recently. I believe it was with Cole Pepper. Very interesting. You should seek it out and give it a listen. Go Jaguars!

and his arm still looked weak
i’m sorry to down your parade but if you’re going to bring it up. I will too. He just doesn’t have a powerful arm.
but neither does chad pennington. so take what you want from it.

Did you watch the game?
His arm is not as strong as Byron’s. He has intangibles there that Byron did not have. His arm is strong enough to carry a team that is losing to victory. Here’s the thing, there is potential, he is dynamic. I thought he had several beautifully thrown passes. There is a lot to be said for the leadership that he commands. That’s not something that can be coached in. You have it or you don’t. You should listen to the Gene Smith interview. I was encouraged by it. You may interpret it differently. My prediction? Tebow is coming home. You may not like it, but the clouds are on the horizon.

Link to the interview?
Also, I’m starting to be of the opinion Tebow should be placed under the politics section of BCC’s rulebook, at least until after the season. Plenty of time to debate him then.

I'm sure you'd love that.
He rubs you raw. I sense that, and I love it. I can’t find the interview. It was on 1010xl with Cole Pepper. Maybe you’ll have better luck searching.
I think you should back off trying to dictate what I discuss. This relates to the Jags, whether you like it or not, Jon. No one is cursing here, no one is upset. It’s a polarizing subject that has nothing to do with the stench of politics. Leave us be.

Generally I don’t care. Nor will I after the season. I just feel that Tebow is too much of a polarizing figure to keep distracting this site from it’s true goal, promoting the Jaguars

Promoting?
I’ll give you an analyze and critique. Promoting I’ll keep, until actions prove otherwise.

He should only be mentioned when its relevant; The Draft
As long as no fanposts are made, I’m fine with the occasional lets get tebow in the draft comment.

My biggest problem with the Tebow movement is that everyone wants to settle
His arm is “strong enough.” He throws well enough. I want the best quarterback who can make all the passes and has a top notch arm. If the Jags are going to use a 1st rounder on a QB, I want the best.

An observation that came from my father
Tim throws a weak spiral, thats very accurate but not a fireball compared to Mallet who throws the ball hard but not accurate at all.
I think that Tebow can be a slightly better Chad Pennington, who even with his weak arm lead a team.
