Ted Monachino can't coach... So Big John is filling the void.

No wonder we've seen such improvement in the defensive line this year. Henderson looks to have taken on the role of Asst. D-line coach. Teddy M just doesn't cut it, and it seems that Henderson is hosting Thursday night film sessions. Good to hear.

I know he was not the same guy that time.
Big John is changed, and in the better way. I think Jack’s calling out was a good move.
Now we Big John’s back!
Oh one more thing-get Monachino out of here next offseason! Rebuilding not meaning your job is safe. Specially if you are an underachiver! I fear that some might think he is the reason the Jags can stop the run-but he isn’T. Terramce Knighton is the reason and it seems Big John

Why do we keep Monachino around anyway?

I mean it isn’t like everyone already knew he sucks as a coach and has caused the Jags to digress. Thank god big John is happy agian and working all in to help this team.
