NFL.com In the Cat's Cave
Here's a great video segment NFL.com did on Del Rio and Garrard... I always love to hear the mic'd up players on the field...

What's everyone's thoughts on what went on in the video? Does Jack Del Rio seemed to lax on the sidelines for someone on the hot seat? Or do you think players should be loose and just play?

I can't say enough
about how much I admire JDR as a coach. All he ever preaches are things like earning it, working for it, the hungrier dog gets the bone etc. And not only that he gives them the information they need to perform, as evidenced by what he said to Henderson about holding on. And you can see that fire, attitude, and upbeat swagger that can take this team where it wants/needs/can go.

If hip hop is dead, then it happened the day that Dilla died.

JDRs comments to both Henderson and Thomas were awesome. And, he is clearly very passionate about this team.

Agreed.
Great video. The game day demeanor is great. Play on the field is what really matters most. I don’t care how these guys banter on the sidelines. Honestly, that’s their business, and we wouldn’t really understand it anyway.
The Teal and Black are comin' back!

I didn't notice
the ball boy doing anything funny. Are you talking about one of the team’s personnel walking in front of the frame? Dude looked tiny compared to Big Hen. haha
