Question for Jags fans
Hey I'm a Panthers fan, and I am doing a report for class on NFL blackouts. Panthers fans really aren't in the know about much, and I was wondering if you guys knew of a website where I could find a list of NFL games that have been blacked out over the years. I find it weird that you guys have a good team by the way yet you can't sell out games, maybe it's just b/c its a hassle in your city getting there and everything. anyway i would appreciate any help you can provide. thanks

The reasons of the blackouts in myopinion are the following
1. Jacksonville is the 2nd hardest hitted area of the recession after Detriot from the 32 NFL markets. That sure won’t help
2. Last year’s disaster season is kept away many fans. 17000 season ticket holder not renewed their tickets…
3. Sometimes never enough. Many Jaguars fans are also Florida Gators fans. Florida is a powerhouse; almost always winning; they are BCS Championship contenders. Jacksonville has good seasons; but won once in the playoffs in this decade (By the way that was the LAST AFC SOUTH playoff victory to date!!!!) Some people don’t get it; that in the NFL every victory is a huge thing (look for example the close games against the Rams; Chiefs; Bills at home-And look at the defeat of Cincy in Oakland; and Pittsburgh lost to Kansas…)
4. Ther are few people who has 1 team so far-the Jaguars. There are many people living in Jville who has a team before the Jags (Steelers; Bills; Eagles etc.) The 1st generation of Jaguar fans in their 20’s start o show in the ticketales but they are very few. Also there are many excuse makers in the town sadly. They want another QB; another coach; expensive FAs who have names; etc. They don’t have the “Support the team regardless” attitude just yet.
But I see someprogress lately. I meet in this site many-many Jaguars fans who love their team, and go to the games. I see the spirit is changing. We have a very good GM now; a young; hungry and talented team in the making. If the NFL give more times to Jacksonville the fans will return to the seats; and the blackouts will be the story of yestreday!

are you guys still not selling out
also, i think there is a strong possibility the jags get moved to LA, what do you think? Last AFC South playoff win? The Colts won the Super Bowl a couple years ago, did you forget that? Anyway back to the point, where can i find a list of blacked out games in the nfl for this year and other years
False
The Jaguars beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh in the 2007 playoffs. That year the Colts lost in the first round to the Chargers, and they did the same thing last year too.
The support will go up. The main catalyst for teams relocating is an issue with the stadium, but the Jaguars’ stadium is just fine. The Chargers I believe are much better candidates for relocation to LA. They have all sorts of stadium issues, and San Diego is the closest NFL city to LA right now.

Or don't forget Oakland
They selling around so many tickets as the jags do
Their stadium is old; Al Davis did it once; he will do it once gaian; with a new stadium and with that market

I guess I only speak for myself, but...
I cannot think of a worse team to bring to L.A. Ex-football teams are about as attractive as ex-boyfriends. Getting back together with the Raiders? That’s akin to moving in with the ex-boyfriend who smokes crack and beats your kids. Ew.
GO BRUINS!!!
if
they move to LA, will you still support them? Also, where CAN I FIND A LIST OF NFL BLACKOUTS BOTH THIS YEAR AND YEARS PAST
I don'T know; but I have doubts
Blaclout list; well I don’t know where you can find one; but I know Detroit; Oakland; and maybe Tampa(I’M not sure about that last one) had blackout game or games so far this season

Why
Did you choose this blog… Let me guess. We are a blacked out team. Try typing it into google, like every other person does when they have a question.
If hip hop is dead, then it happened the day that Dilla died.

You don't think i tried that yet?
damn motherfucker i did. Why did I choose your blog. Well you are the only team in the league to not have a single home game that wasn’t blown out, so that’s why i chose this blog. you deal with blackouts so much i thought you would be familiar with them . especially seeing as yall are on pace for 8 blackouts this year and there were only 9 ALL SEASON last year
Last year the recession wasn't as bad,
The vast majority don’t know how many blackouts total there are this year, nor would we want to. Its a gloomy subject.

Haha, word. He must not have the gonads to call anybody an MFer in person, so he decides to come troll on a blog of a team he knows nothing about.
