As far as attendance?
Even then things were suspect. For the life of me I can only remember two games where the Jags had attendance above 70,000 (Inaugural game vs Houston, first MNF game against the Steelers in 98)

Anyone remember us having a WR named Shaw for like 2 seasons? I remember watching him go for a long ball and missing a catch horribly.
