Thomas has "Good meeting" with the Jaguars

Thanks to JasonB of Bleeding Green Nation for bringing this to our attention. So what does this mean for the Jaguars? Perhaps this is a sign that the Jags are looking elsewhere with the #8 pick instead of getting one of the top young tackles. It certainly goes against the entire "Getting Younger" approach that Gene Smith has been dishing out so far. The only scenario that makes sense to me right now is that Thomas is a stop-gap and the Jags have their eye on William Beatty of UConn or Eben Britton of Arizona in the 2nd round.
