Stay away from BJ...

I just finished my interview with BJ Raji, and I came away VERY Unimpressed... He was clearly disingenuous, and that raises serious red flags to me. He wouldn't elaborate on any questions I had, and seemed upset at the amout of character questions I asked him, at one point saying, "Man, how many more questions we go like this, Man?!?"When I was only into about 10 mins of the interview...

As a result I cut out some questions I was going to ask. He clearly was trying to put on a show to prove he's not a character concern, but on the phone he came across VERY disingenuous, and that's worse to me. I'm not sure it'll come across in print, so I wanted to give you my impression of the guy... I don't trust him, and really didn't like the cat or his answers. I am now, more than ever, convinced he is a character concern and should be avoided like the plague.

Trying to figure out a unique way to coax his true values out, I asked him to rank, in order of importance to a successful NFL career, the following three things, Natural talent, character, and work-ethic... he responded by saying, 1. character, 2. work ethic, and 3.natural talent.

I could tell on the phone he didn't even believe this answer when he was giving it, and character definitely isnt' the most important thing to a successful career.

He was conditioned to try to alleviate any other team's concerns about his character, and as a result, he came across very poorly.

Interview coming in full Monday...
