BCC Mock Draft: With the 31st selection the Arizona Cardinals select, Chris Wells, RB, Ohio State.
The Cardinals before the draft were hoping that in their eyes one of the two premiere running backs may fall to them, either Knowshon Moreno or Beanie Wells. Wells offers a true power running back who also has sub 4.5 speed, and will offer a nice complement to the passing attack for the Cards. He will offer a nice 1-2 punch along with Tim Hightower, and they should be able to bludgeon defensive players until they're blue in the face.

But, he might herad from people, maybe even from Gene things, which might suggest Wells as the Jaguars guy for the 1st round

he may have heard, but i feel confident if something was leaked, it had purpose

maybe the purpose is to make us look into chris wells and see whats there, raw undefined football skills
maybe it was for fun, maybe it was to screw the media-which can be hilarious

Fact is, it doesnt matter. We have no reason not to look into perceived “Vic hints”, because if it is a hint, its on purpose and the man has more infor than we do.

I personally feel like he can be great. I remember a report saying the Jags thought Chris Wells didnt even know his own potential or maybe he could grow a lot.
But, as much as slvrgun hates him, i think if he knew it was the next fred taylor, he would want him. He doesnt even have character concerns. He just needs to be taught to lower the pads and do what luke richesson says. the end.
btw, im not a scout, i just re-iterate what i hear, apply reason and try to have an opinion based off youtube videos.
