BCC Mock Draft: With the 30th pick in the draft
The Tennessee Titans select Alphonso Smith, CB, Wake Forest.
The Titans could use a good wide receiver, but the Titans never draft receivers in the first round, so that was out. With the loss of Albert Haynesworth, I could have selected a defensive lineman, but I didn't feel like any of the defensive tackles remaining were worth a 1st round pick. The Titans could really use this pick anywhere on the defense, as Jevon Kearse, Keith Bullock, and Kyle Vanden Bosch are all in their 30's. I think the secondary is most in need of more depth and youth, with starting cornerback Nick Harper turning 35 this year. I think that Alphonso Smith is the best cornerback on the board and will do well with the Titans.

A corner that would be great
If he falls to the jaguars at the second round. We will see. And I agree, a good pick!

Yeah
Nobody tall enough either. In our playoff run two seasons ago, we had Wilford, Williams, and Jones, all of who are well over 6’. Now I believe Mike Walker is our tallest at a whopping 6’1".
Thats Good For Another Jacksonville... First Down.
