No chance on Raji "The Stoner"
looks like Raji just lost a bunch of money! I wonder how far he will drop in this years draft? Too bad Reggie Williams is gone, could have hooked him up. I know Gene Smith just marked him off the board if he still had ideas of drafting Raji in the first round. No need to take a chance on his character, a fact shared here on BCC for a while. I wonder who will end up taking the chance and with what pick?

I may be missing something. What do you mean by he just lost a bunch of money? Was he busted or something? Thanks!

He did say that Warren Sapp was his role model. I guess he wants to be just like him.

my pc kept hanging up. Not only did he like Sapp, he is a SAP!

well...
In his prime, I would’ve taken Warren Sapp. He did go a wee bit mentally insane later in his career. Does anyone remember when Oakland played here and Warren got ejected (I think)? That was awesome to watch him have a melt down.

Correct me if I'm wrong but...
I believe that was his last game before he retired.

Yeah!!! After we got like 40-50 yards in penalties
or something credited to us and we’re on the goal line, Sapp’s finally ejected, and the team is finally able to run a play, Garrard throws a damn interception!!! lol…it was really funny how ironic the whole thing was.

I Liked
How Garrard made the tackle though. I’ll give Garrard that, even when he throws a pick he doesn’t get impact blocked by a cornerback, instead he makes the tackle. Garrard is a hell of a tackler. If there was a shortage at linebacker, he’s your man. :)

That'd be pretty BA
Garrard playing both ways. He’s a tough dude for sure, though.

Not this year
I wonder how that will effect his game.
He’s supposed to be down to 230 for the season. I hope he stays durable.

Funny
I guess his agent has bigger worries than some interview on BCC. Besides if you listened to Vic on JTW he said no way the jags get raji apparently he and the jags had a good idea on this guy.

Saw it and could believe it.
If Raji was anywhere on the Jags board he isn’t anymore after this.
Jim Brown, Barry Sanders, Fred Taylor. Sounds about right.

They test for drugs
at the college level? Did not know this…
by Jaghomer on Apr 2, 2009 5:37 PM EDT reply actions 0 recs
They test for everything at the combine, and everyone knows this... Raji clearly has a problem if he failed a test he knew would occur.
The NCAA also does performance enhancing drugs as well, I’m not sure about illicit drug tests at the NCAA level.

O O news
NFLDraftBible.com reports that Florida WR Percy Harvin, Illinois CB Vontae Davis, and UTEP K Jose Martinez all tested positive for marijuana at February’s Combine.
That means Crabtree, Maclin, Jenkins, and Darius Butler are all higher on our list now.

The drugs
were found in his system at the combine where they test every player i think.

His draft stock didn't JUST drop
it’s been down for a while now probably. Smith has known for a while I’m sure. Like it was said before, the testing was done during the combine. There was a also a clue given at the walterfootball website where it was stated that an inside source leaked that Raji was not in the Jaguars plans.
