Community Mock Draft Follow Up

Star-divide

So, how did everyone fare on the community mock draft we held? I know I missed the mark when I picked Max Unger for the Steeler's 32nd pick of the day. It seems this draft is about average in the fact that there were the draft day trades, surprise picks (unless you're a Raiders fan), and an occasional "WTF, over?!". All I hope for now is that we get our rookies signed and into camp on time this year. We can speculate about hold-outs, but I'm pretty much freaking done with the crystal ball business, you know what I mean? I can't wait until training camp competition starts up this year! (as a side note, can someone post Mel Kiper's last mock draft? I'm curious as to how close/far off this toupe' schmuck was to the real product. thanks!)

good idea i had almost forgotten

I had Peria Jerry, DT Ole Miss to the Saints, i wanted Malcolm Jenkins but Washington took him. Their real life pick was not on the board during our mock, so one affects the next.

I didn't do too bad with my draft

I think I ended up with like an 1120.

Anyway, had a few drinks, so I’m going to bed now. Early day tomorrow. See yall soon

Haha

I got an 1120 too.
I shouldn’t have done it last minute. I totally messed up a couple of picks. I knew Maualuga and Laurinitus were going to fall. Tyson Jackson to the chiefs totally threw me off. I had him rated as a top 10 before the combine, before he started moving up boards, but I thought Pioli was just trying to mess with me.

I lost the community mock draft by a lot

I picked for the Chargers and went with Everette Brown.

As for the mock draft, I got an 1170.
