Although it is written from a former agent's perspective, he manages to be impartial to either side. I was thinking about putting together some information on rookie contracts and negotiations, but Bechta is both far more qualified, and has gone into greater detail than I would have. The article is well-written and informative, and I suggest everyone who is interested in contract negotiations and football economics take a glance.
