D'Juan Woods

I might be insanely late with this, but D'Juan Woods is now on the New Orleans Saints roster. If he couldn't make it here, I hate to break it to him, but The Saints have a stacked receiving group. He would better to sign with Tennessee, who would he have to compete with there, Lavelle Hawkins?

it’s a little late, but that’s ok. From what I heard, he’s not really trying to make the roster as true receiver. More like a special teams guys. And in reality they don’t have a lot of possession receivers, so he has an outside chance.

That's a good point.

They have some big play and possession receivers, but there is no depth behind Marques Colston, Robert Meachem, Lance Moore, and Devery Henderson. Also, their offense would require more receivers to be kept on the roster. It’s also interesting to note that Woods is their biggest receiver behind Colston and Meachem.

Sounds Like

The Saints are high on that Adrian Arrington guy. But like Ewdtrey said, he’s more of a speedy slot type. So maybe he could become another red zone target.
