We are leading 17-6 at halfitime, and I’m DELIGHTED.
But.
In terms of yards on offense, we are 112-227.
In terms of Time of Possesion we are 12:36 – 17:24
In erms of passing yards we are 86-206.
We are actually getting worked over here, despite the score. Two lucky fumble recoveries have kept us in the game. And yes, I know they count…. but.

Well it won't matter now, the starters are gone
I forget who keeps pointing to the stats, but if you’re watching on TV, you see a lot of good things that aren’t reflected in the stats, like David standing tall in the pocket, the defense getting a good rush sometimes, the 2nd string linebackers playing like 1st stringers, etc. Plus, let’s face it – the Jaguars aren’t going to be awesome this year. In order to win, they need a little luck and some opportunistic play. What we’re seeing a team that is capitalizing on chances.
