All blacked out games to air on nfl.com
I just read on NFL.com that all blacked out games will be aired (delayed) in thier entirety on nfl.com. The commisioner said it is due to the certain problem with the economy which prompted them to do this. Hope this is good news for all of you living in the black out zone. I will be watching all of the games on nfl ticket as usual. Hopefully I can get down to jax to watch some games at the stadium in the seasons to come.

This is not going to help solve the ticket sales problem.

If you're not going to sell out the game
then you might as well hold everyone who doesnt go hostage and buy to see the game, It’ll probably be only this year.

I think that would be true initially...
but atleast the people in and around the Jax area will be able to see it in it’s entirety.
By doing this hopefully, it will generate enough enthusiasm within the general public who can go to a game once in awhile to purchase a ticket and watch it first hand, instead of waiting for the delay.
Furthermore, I work in downtown Philly, and last week on the radio, the mid-day crew absolutely berated the NFL over their blackout rule. This is a city with no worries concerning blackouts, and I believe Philly is not the only city talking about it. I have to believe this is becoming a big issue for the NFL hence the delayed re-airing of all games. IMO

There'll be alot debate about it as long as there's a percieved recession/depression.
Glad i’m not Goodell.

I don't get it...
So since I live in NY I can’t watch these games after midnight for free? I have to subscribe?
