Jags sign Jordan Black to 2 year extenstion
The Jaguars agreed to a contract extension with backup offensive tackle Jordan Black that could keep him with the team through 2011, according to a source. Under terms of the new deal, Black will make $3.65 million over the next three seasons and has a chance to make another $1.8 million in incentives, the source said. The signing is significant because it could indicate a release of one of Jacksonville's veteran tackles.
Looks like Pashos or Tra is in serious trouble...

Yep....
at least I hope so. In fact , even though I don’t own a farm, I would bet the farm on it.

Gosder is not LT material.
I hope the Lions do not trade any draft picks for him. He might get a look for depth.
If you let Tra Thomas go I am sure the Lions would take him.

It's gotta be Pashos.
You don’t cut a still capable LT that is going to make less money than your struggling RT.
Jacksonville Jaguars. It's what I do.

I'm thinking differently
It’s gonna be Mo Williams who gets the axe. He has just fallen off fast I’ve heard. First he got demoted to guard, now he’s getting beat be Uche Nwaneri who is not good at all.
With the move of Pashos to RT, we solidify that and have depth at both guard and tackle if something were to happen. No way we’re getting rid of Tra either. He’s the perfect insurance plan. Incentive based deal and starter quality player.

no way he can still play LT.
Not like we’d ever need him to but he’s just not talented enough anymore. Maybe he stays but all we know now is someone is going to be cut. Looking forward to seeing what we end up with. I’m sure the right decision will be made.

Hmm.
its not going to be Tra. Tra was brought here to be the mentor to Eugene. The person getting the ax is going to be either Pashos or Mo Williams

Tra is our red button
if we get a bad injury at LT, RT, Tra can come in and be a true starter.

I think it will be Mo Williams.
Considering Pashos seems to be a legitimate guard, Mo William’s will probably be the unfortunate victim.
