Chiefs sign former Jaguar DL Atiyyah Ellison
One of the surprise cuts heading into the season was defensive tackle Atiyyah Ellison. He was recently signed by the Kansas City Chiefs, according to Josh Looney of KCChiefs.com.
I'm not sure if it's a depth signing or just a "get information" for the upcoming match up with the Jaguars. The Chiefs did deal a 3-4 defensive end at the deadline, so it's likely depth. Ellison played 3-4 defensive end and tackle in 2009 when the Jaguars were flipping between a 3-4 and 4-3 defense.
I can't imagine it's for information purposes. They can sign me for that, I'll take rookie minimum.
Throw it. Throw it a lot.
Check out ArrowHeadPride.com and let their fans know about Atiyyah.

Yeah, what's the scoop on this guy?
PS fodder?
I eat nails for breakfast, tacks for snacks, and I sh*t nickel.
lot of vowels in his name
other than that, I got nothin’.
Seriously, he’s just a guy, thought he was gonna do well, but never really a threat to crack the starting lineup unless there was major injuries.
Somewhat like a negative inverse
of Vic’s keys to winning… can’t pass the ball, can’t stop the pass. We might see 11 in the box this Sunday.
On the bright side, Boumann hasn’t thrown an interception in six years, so we have that going for us.
