poor officiating?
Over at Stampede Blue, the writers are discussing poor officiating having something to do with the result of yesterday's game. I looked on their site and they never reference any calls. Additionally, I don't know of any plays that I saw while I was at the game. Anyone watching at home see something I missed at the stadium?

I saw a terrible call...
the “false start” called on Jags in the red zone right before MoJo’s second TD.
the only terrible calls I saw were the timeouts called by Caldwell.
First after the draw play and second the icing of the kicker. I really don’t think Scobee would have gotten the kick off (or Podlesh the hold) as cleanly had he not called time out.
That game was lost by Jim Caldwell and his undue arrogance. Now I understand clearly why he was fired at Wake Forest.
thought the same thing
it would’ve been very close to getting that ball snapped in time
DG is the best we have and help is not on the way. I realize he's not perfect, but I feel a lot better about him at QB than I do the O-Line, DB's, or LB's ability to cover a TE.
Ha ha! Those guys are furious and for some reason, they want Polian’s head.
As for the officiating, they’re complaining about not getting some holding calls. Wow.
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.

They want polians head
because he’s been trying, and failing, for years to fix their offensive line and defensive interior.

peyton
aside from the time outs, the only bad calls i saw from the officials were the 2 offsides calls on the defense that to me should have been on the colts. Butt then Peyton went over and lobbied with the officials and it was called on the Jags. Man I realllllllly cant stand that guy

That's their excuse every time thae Jags beat them
I’ve been reading complaints over on BRB about how Monroe and Britton were holding on every play, but they don’t seem to notice when their offensive line tries to tackle Kampman.
You can't reason with unreasonable people.
what bugs me....
is they act like they should never loose just bc they have maning, there over there calling for the coaches and "D’s heads, have they never heard of any given sunday, come one really, hell or D let manning rip through our secondary, yet we still pulled off the win. Hell its not like they have experinced what we have over recent years with the loosing and disapointment factor. “you cant win them all all the time.”….
WE ARE JAGUARS.......FEAR OUR ROAR!!!!!!
The only calls that drove me
nuts were on the final two drives of the game. The Colts essenitally got two extra timeouts on their game tying drive. First, the 25 second clock never reset, so there was a stoppage in play. How does that happen? Especially at home???? Second, the review of the Addai run which he was short. They show it on the video wall that he was short. Why does it take 5 minutes to review? Plus another review of the 22 yard Tiquan catch on the final drive. I honestly don’t remember the last time an NFL had two stoppage of plays for reviews!!! I felt like I was watching a college game, in which it seems like every other TD is review. It kills momentum and ryhythm.
Its ok.
Only 2-5 more years until Peyton is gone. Right now, nobdy including Wayne will save them from falling to the back of the divsion once he retires. I hope they draft a Ryan Leaf, and get **cked over hahahaha and for like 3 season they are the browns
There were two things that bothered me...
First, the off-sides we got on the first half where I thought the Jag player on the left side (not sure who it was) clearly got back before the snap, but the felt he drew the o-lineman off sides. Second, I thought the spots in the first part of the game were very favorable for the Colts, and not so favorable for us. That trend seemed to improve for the jags later in the game in my opinion.
For the folks at Stampede Blue, your team lost because they got outplayed. End of story!
Personally - I wish we DID win on a bum call
-anything to inflict additional pain would put a smile on my face and nothing stings more than getting jobbed by the officials and you losing because of it -- think Miami Hurricanse loss to Ohio State for national title.
