I know Brian why you did this move; but I hope you will change your mind. I don’t want to lose another fantastic writer/sane voice/good observer-not to mention “Wind Spirits” whicjh I consider the best regular basis feature on a Jaguars fan(?)site.. There are so few out there like you. I ask you once again that please change your mind!!!!

because of those fools at Stampede Blue. We have a quality site over here with intellectual contributors. Like Zoltan, I too am a huge fan of your work. If its because of SBN’s lack of authority and discipline, I can feel where you are coming from. Still will be a shame to lose your insight.

Brian, your writing is one of the highlights of tthis site. I am not sure what led to this, but you will be sorely missed. Please reconsider.

Not sure if the combination of the idiot in Indy and Alfie’s editorial led to this, but I’ve always enjoyed your perspective. It’s sad that in the first year where we can actually see the improvement in the team, that one of the writers who was very good at pointing out those nuances will no longer be doing so. This has been one of the most fun seasons I can recall and one of the guys who is telling us some of the stuff we may not notice with a quote from Sun Volt sprinkled in has had enough.

Don’t know you personally, seem to be one of the more even-keeled folks here, but if yesterday’s BS was enough to push you to this point, then I must wonder about the direction of this site.

It’s also ashame that certain people wield the sword in the only manner they can – the blogosphere. I trust that these folks likely have never had any sort of authority aside from picking teams in kickball, but that’s neither here nor there. They came in early staked their claim and rational thought and stimulating back and forth be damned, they ain’t giving up their kingdoms. Take it as you see it.
  
I used to always say that the internet was a quasi fantasyland. Well, I guess sites like these are nothing more than middle school recess.

Man your stuff is some of the best things to read on here, the way you write, is amazing and the contex in which it is writen is amazing. Man i feel like the ass now thats caused this. Brian you cant do this to us readers!

Whatever happened to protecting our own? Fullford is one of the best on the site, he’s steady and keeps everything in perspective. Each one of his articles is well thought out and delightful to read.

I’m sorry to read this Brian, i hope you continue writing here cause your articles are excellent.

Even though whenever people talk about Brian they mean you and not me. JK you were a valuable part of the writing done on this site, and I enjoyed reading your stuff.

I think it’s a damn shame that our best writer (no offense to Jon, Collin, Alfie, Adam, or Brian L.) was run off like this. The thing I like best about BCC and the other SB Nation sites is the ability to share opinions. If this crap like whats going on at Stampede Blue continues, I would quit coming on here entirely.

i don’t know what happened but i have to say that the story that brian wrote about the furry walls from the movie “get him to the greek” was a really good one and quite possibly the best i’ve read all year. anyways thanks for ur contributions brian, we’ll miss you.

It’s bad enough that BBS has driven apart the Colts community at SBNation, but now his cancerous presence is beginning to affect other blogs. I am very sorry for any Jags fans who expected some sort of decorum or reasonable discussion of football from StampedeBlue, but sadly that is no longer the case. It is best to just avoid the site and allow it to fester unto itself. I only hope that any experience you had there does not taint too badly your opinion of the majority of us Colts fans who are loathe to have BBS representing us in any way.
