QB Whitehurst to Seattle
Well it looks like Seattle decided to not go through the draft in order to find their future "franchise" QB: ESPN Report
And with the Browns filling their need with Delhomme...
What do you think that this does for the chance of Clausen falling to us and creating the perfect opportunity to trade down and pick up a later 1st and 2nd or just drafting Clausen as the our future possible "franchise" QB?
I personally would not be adverse to picking up Clausen and letting him sit and learn for a couple of seasons behind Garrarde...Yes, I know you do not pay a top 10 QB to sit for a year or two, but the ones who do not sit very rarely have success if they are shoved in front of the fire squad.

Redskins or Seahawks will take him
And don’t count out the Broncos and a trade up… Or the Browns…

Even if he falls, that gives a better chance someone will either jump in front or trade up to get in front of someone else, giving us a chance to trade down easier. I say if a QB is picked to wear teal in the draft, it’s either Riley Skinner or…..Tim Tebow(seriously) [Imagine the terror of all UFers to a Tebow, not-a-Jag, but in the AFC south]

True...
But, Seattle believes that he is the QB to replace Hasseblack…I had never heard of the guy until ESPN reported it…
I've kept a close eye on him
for a while now. I was wondering what it would take to get him last off season, but it looked like a lost cause from everything I read last year. I thought he was a better bet than anyone picked last year after Sanchez.
Dont forget about Buffalo........
