With the sixth pick in the draft, the Seattle Seahawks select QB Jimmy Claussen of Notre Dame.
No big surprise here. Hasselback's best days are behind him, at best he can mentor Clausen for a season. He played in a pro-style offense and possesses all the skills and smarts to be a franchise QB. Carroll is rebuilding this team, and no better way to do so than with a new, young QB.

Because of Caroll this
is a logical pick. But will broke the heart of the “Jake Locker to Seattle” fans…

Good pick
Seattle needs a QB worse than probably anybody. And I agree, it’s a toss-up between Clausen and Bradford, so solid pick.
Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man;
But soon or late the man who wins
Is the one who thinks he can.
I like Clausen
I think he will develop into a nice player.
