Do you like man or zone coverage more?

What NFL CB do you think you can relate to, as far as your skill set?

Sorry for being so Late I will start answering questions now.
The Highlight of my career was when we beat USC in 2006.
I have had some contact with Jaguar people.
I have been in contact with many teams, you can say almost all of them in some way shape or form.
Yes I have been preparing for the Draft through combine prep, and now getting my db skills even more polished.
I like man to man coverages
I don’t think too many NFL corners are like me, but I like charles Woodson game because he is a playmaker when he gets the ball and is strong in run support.
I didn’t mind too much about what USC did because they were playing football, it is our fault for not defending it.
I deal with tall receivers like i dealt with them in colleges. Using technique and being physical. The bigger they hard the harder they fall.
I think i need to get better in zone coverages. Reading and feeling things out from the responsibility
Being a Southern California guy
Are you concerned about being drafted by a team in cold weather?
Follow me on Twitter
Cold weather
No I am not. i just want a chance to play. I don’t think anybody wants to play in the cold. But when you are in the game, it doesn’t really matter. just 3 hours you got to endure it for.
Process
The process is way different. More tedious. NFL wants to know every single thing about you.
Out of High school you didn’t have to worry as much
What's the weirdest question you got at the combine?
Someone asked Gerald McCoy if he wore a G string when he played.
Follow me on Twitter
Faster
I have no idea to be honest. i guess i ran a faster time than him at the combine, but that doesn’t mean i am faster. i have never raced him.
You may get a lot of these.
All of us have heard Haden being one of the best but we seldom here about the other guys out there, mostly because Jacksonville is a die hard Gator country and many of the other schools, players, and conferences are basically ignored.
Contact
I have not touched basis with any player from the jaguars.
Not even the UCLA players. i have seen Mo Drew sometimes, but not really any conversations.
Joe Haden
Well, i don’t really know him as a player, all i got to go from is that he is overall a good player. All i can really say is what i bring to the table. I bring a competitive attitude to the team. I bring a person who is strong in run support. I bring smartness and awareness and i think this is my biggest asset,. The ability to learn plays, and make adjustments quickly. Diagnose the opposing teams offense, quick and efficiently. So that is what separates me from every corners.
ST
I can contribute on every single special teams.
From returning, running down on kicks. In every aspect. And I plan on doing that regardless my spot on the defensive depth chart.
Tips
Not really. Not too much you can do at a house. lol
I believe you can do push-ups and sit-ups anywhere.
But no real tips. i am sorry
You're playing with fire there.
It’ll start a flame war eventually, though it would be funny on a Jags site. PS3 for me.
What all do you know about
the players that you worked out with in AZ for the combine? Anyone stick out athletically? O yeah..And who all was there?
If you weren’t at practice, working out, in a game, or watching film… you’d most likely be __________ ?

People at API
Well everyone one was athletic. We had many great players
Gerald McCoy, Derrick Morgan, Jerry Hughes, Jermaine gresham, Dexetr Davis, Eric Decker, Golden Tate, Demaryious Thomas, Chris MsGaha, Tyson Alaluo, sydquan Thompson, kevin Thomas, Nate Allen, Bryan Bulgua, Charlie Brown, Adam from same school, Vince O, Arthur Jones, jon Asm. and others, I hope i didn’t fprget. lol
Everyone was athletic.
Chris is very Athletic and fast guy! I liked him every single year at ASU. great hands and will be a great addition to any team.
SydQuan is a great guy and one of my new good friends. he is very good technician. Good feet, hard work and good person. He is tough and a very good returner, we worried about him every time we played them.
Can you think of
some underrated players to look out for next year in the Pac-10 or players that might be drafted this year?
umm… in pac_10. Andrew Luck Stanford
Jermaine Kearse – Washington
Shane Vereen – Cal
Trevin wade – Arizona
What were
your combine numbers? Been looking everywhere for them. All I can find are your numbers for the 40, 3 cone, 20 shuttle, 60 shuttle
I know we all appreciate the time you’re spending answering questions here. We pride ourselves as being THE best Jaguars fan site. Period. Hope you can stick around a while and come back every so often to throw in your opinions on all things Jaguars. Hope to see you on gameday in Jacksonville!

ANy more questions? I got a few more minutes?
let me ask 1, what have most of you guys heard about me and how does that contrast with what you have seen me play? If you ahve seen me?
I honestly
haven’t heard a lot. Which I think shouldn’t be so. I would have liked to here what Mayock and all of them from the combine had to say about you, but they kept going to commercials when it was your turn to run a drill.
I keep hearing that you are smart and productive player, but that you aren’t a super athlete or very big. But on the field, I see nothing that says that you can’t keep up with the best athletically.
I would've
guessed that you had longer arms and better high jump from the plays you’ve made in college.
Ok appreciate honesty, i assume anybody east coast would have no idea about me. lol
And they did go to commercial every time I came up, kinda show the type of respect i get. lol
Seriously!
I was sooo looking forward to seeing you out there.
Did you drop any passes in the drills?
Well the thing I keep hearing is that you leveled out after your freshman year
They say you never really improved from such a phenomenal freshman year. I’ve seen you play, in the Rose Bowl actually, and you just made plays in all the years. It’s hard to say that you didn’t get better when the freshman year was so good, but I might not have watched enough.

I saw you doing your combine workout.
Look solid flipping hips, had good speed, and solid hands.
Have yet to look at film but so far it appears you are a Gene Smith type of guy.
Hope we can draft you!
Some people say that you have maxed out in terms of potential, what do you have to say to those people?
Scientific research has proven that you lose exactly 5.37 billion brain cells every time you listen to Todd McShay.

sorry to hear that. i wonder how many brain cells you lose if you even LOOK at Mel Kiper… hmmmmm
Sean Jax Beach Bum
Yea, the only reason Mel hasn’t retired is because he spends 1.2 Mill on hair gel every year.

I have heard that. And I don’t know how you can determine that? I feel that i am a great example of darwinism. When presented with a situation when i need to adapt, i find a way to conform to stay on top and alive. Which means the sky is the limit because i will find a way to get it done to survive. So my potential is endless in my opinion.
from what i've seen/heard
you have great instinct for finding and knocking down the ball. I heard that your speed is sometimes questioned, but i didn’t see it on film. ur also obviously a good guy and i hope the jaguars draft you
btw gene smith i think likes that attitude
Who is the best QB you have ever played against?
I know you have played against some good ones (Sanchez, Clausen)
sorry if this Question has already been asked.

oooo terrence Austin, Rodney Van, Reggie Carter, Kyle and Korey Bosworth, Kevin Craft, ben Olson, I believe jersey Siewerski, Logan paulsen, Ryan Moya, ummm… and maybe others.
I can't believe
Reggie Carter didn’t get a Combine invite. And not inviting Korey was just weird. I guess they thought they could get a 2 for 1 deal with Kyle. lol
Well I know I speak for everyone when I say thanks for coming
We all really enjoyed you coming on the site. Good luck to you wherever you go and I really hope that’s Jacksonville.

I missed the live Q&A, but this was awesome.
Between these interviews, Q&A’s, and mentions on sports sites, it seems that BCC has become a legitimate source of Jaguars news and info. Awesome.
