It is a bad sign if your receivers aren't able to catch balls in stride. Jaguar fans know full well what happens when a receiver is a "stop and catch" guy or when your QB can't place the ball in a small window much less consistently hit the open WR(see last year's Colts game in Jacksonville). With Peyton Manning being used to measure David's committment it is hard to see Gene going taking a QB at 10 who isn't accurate.
