Big John to sign with the Raiders

ESPN is reporting that Big John Henderson is going to sign with the Raiders.

"Former Jaguars defensive tackle John Henderson reached agreement Friday with the Oakland Raiders on a one-year deal, a team source told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Friday." - from ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter and ESPN.com senior writer Len Pasquarelli

I hated to see Big John go, but I'm really feeling bad that he's going to the Raiders....

Hopefully he can find a place in the Fantasy World that is Al Davis....

Good luck to Big John.

Works out somehow

I wanted him to be playing alongside McClain, but was hoping it would be in Jacksonville. Well, I guess I can say close enough.

Raiders

May actually be a pretty good team this year if a few key pieces click for them. Like, possibly a dark horse playoff team

I don't even

Believe they are that much of a dark horse at this point, especially considering the division they’re in. They are built similarly to the way we were in 07.

It would feel wierd to think of the Raiders

as anything other than mediocre

The League

definitely evolves more quickly than fan masses.

Well i try to look at things as being in cycles

The good teams decline and the bad teams get better.

Another

Another transaction between the Jags and the Raiders. I’m really starting to believe the rumors of our GM being ‘blacklisted’ throughout the GM community around the league. Defiant as they are, the Raiders are willing to go against the grain and participate in transactions that involve the Jaguar organization. Even though no $$ traded hands between the teams, still a transaction nonetheless.

there was no trade offer of anything from the Raiders.......

“The Raiders put out a story that they offered the Jags a fifth round pick for Henderson and the Jags turned it down and then the raiders signed him for nothing when he was cut..makes the raiders look very savvy. good story but it’s not true the raiders didn’t offer any pick for henderson but hey why let the truth get in the way of a good story” – Twitter.com/VitoStellino

More propaganda from the Radiers, lol.

They’re also trying to convince the world that Randy Moss was a great receiver when he was a Raider.
