Jacksonville Jaguars Scratch Offs come out July 28th

Previously the release date for these scratch offs was slated for August 3rd, but with all the recent buzz surrounding the Jaguars the Florida Lottery has moved the release date up to July 28th (tomorrow). Here is the detailed list for the second chance drawings:

It is my understanding that all Lotto Retailers will get one shipment of approximately 15-20 books of the Jaguars scratch off and once they run out thats it. This very well may be the news Vic was eluding to this morning due to the fact that not may people even know these are coming out.

But how is people spending money on lottery tickets instead of game tickets going to put us over the blackout number

where did you buy them? it states that at “select retailers” you can buy the scratch offs now and can buy them at all lottery retailers on aug. 3rd… i’m going to the local Gate station and see if they have them tonite. I’ll let you guys/gals know.
