Dear Reggie,

Thanks for the good memories and great times. Those 8.5 sacks in 2005 were magical. I wish you could've helped us in 2006, but I'm glad you got to experience the excitement of 2007. I'm sorry 2008 was such a disappointment. I wish I could turn back time and put your Achilles tendon back together like new. I would love to be able to give you back the years of productive play that have been robbed by injuries.

But I can't. I knew you would never be the same, and Gene Smith agreed.

But I could and still can always count on you being classy, and thanks so much for that, Reggie. Best of luck in whatever life brings you.
