My Fantasy Team

Ok, so I have my fantasy team, I didn't get to draft, a cpu drafted for us, and I think it is an amazing team. Anything you guys think I should do, or people I should move around, let me know below.

 Starters

QB. Tom Brady

HB. Adrian Peterson

HB. Ben Tate

WR. Anquan Boldin

WR. Percy Harvin

WR. Robert Meachem

TE. Antonio Gates

K. Garret Hartley

DEF. Cowboys

Backups.

QB. Vince Young

RB. Shonn Greene

RB. Brandon Jacobs

WR. Braylon Edwards

WR. Terrell Owens

TE. Marcedes Lewis

Marcedes Lewis went undrafted, I checked to see if he was picked, he was not, so I laughed and grabbed him from the list of FAs, because all of us Jaguars fans here know he has big potential this year, and is a definite sleeper.  I'm also thinking of plugging in T.O. for Meachem.

Both Shonn Greene, and Ben Tate are supposed to have big seasons, I don't know which one to start, and the one who I don't start I'm going to try to trade a WR for.  I am starting to think about keeping Tate, because he went undrafted, but is projected to have 1089 yards and 8 TDs, Shonn Greene is projected to have 1246 yards and 10 TDs.  Obvoiously Shonn Greene seems to have the better season, but due to the fact he went undrafted, I don't think I can get anything in a trade for him, as for Shonn Greene, he's much more valuable.  Think of it this way I lose points Tate over Greene, but if I do get a better receiver then Harvin, I gain points from that, it could be a win or lose situation, and is a bit risky, but I'm willing to take the chance.

So let me know what you think.

And I know I’m going to have to get a backup kicker/defense for when those teams have the bye, but that’ll be last minute.

Tate is on IR

done for the year. Greene is by far I mean way way way out front of anyone besides AP in the RB position

3 new 2010 starting LBers via 2010 draft

+1

Yeah rhett, your starters are AD and Greene. Gonna have to scourer the waiver wire to find some RB depth. Let me know what you’re options are, and maybe I could help you.
Off the top of my head, players that might be out there:
Peyton Hillis, Bernard Scott, Jerome Harrison, Leon Washington, Fred Taylor, Marshawn Lynch, Kareem Huggins, this is harder than I thought off the top of my head…. Albert Young(to a lesser degree), Toby Gerhart, Anothony Dixon, Javon Ringer, Correll Buckhalter, Brandon Jackson.

jerome harrison was exciting last year

but in the limited view of him that i have had this pre-season.

his feet look sluggish

And all those who look down on me I'm tearing down your balcony

I agree

I just know what he does have in him when he does get things rolling. And I believe that whoever is running beind that OL will be a good runner this year. People forget that Harrison was the leading rusher in college football his senior year. That includes rushers like MJD, DeAngelo Williams, Reggie Bush, Lawrence Maroney, Joseph Addai, LenDale White, Jerious Norwood, and Leon Washington.

yeah Tate is done for the year

and Arian Foster will have the big year for Houston. A couple of names i think you might consider are J Harrison, A Bradshaw(I think he will start for NYG)

by rhettchrystal on Sep 4, 2010 5:51 PM EDT reply actions

Really?

Ignore the hype; look at the results.

by harperslaw on Sep 4, 2010 8:05 PM EDT up reply actions

yes according to the prjections Harvin and Braylon were gunna get about 600 yrds each to where they predcicted MSW 1007 and Braylon was a backup and Harvin was a 3rd so i tradea 3rd and some1 i will use one time and i get a 2. So techniclly its a 3 for a 2 good deal in my book
