New Coaches Hired

PrintTwo new Head Coaches were hired today around the league this week - John Fox in Denver and Pat Shurmur in Cleveland.
If you're like me, you had to do some research to find out who the heck Pat Shurmur even was.
This got me thinking, if Jack Del Rio had been fired, and a fairly unknown college head coach or NFL coordinator was the one to be hired to replace him, what would your thoughts be ?
