Then the next part, is we fire Jack Del Rio, and sign a new head coach. Who can we sign...Bill Cowher. He is a well respected coach. Jon Gruden? Maybe. Rhett Chrystal? YES! He will take this team to the glory it deserves, the super bowl and beyond.
