Question for all BCC Fantasy league players:
You do know that a guy who's in Israel is in first place in the BCC fantasy league, right?
Most people over here don't know what the NFL is. ESPN is a specialty channel, not part of the main sports package. I would have to pull an all-nighter to even watch the first minute of the Sunday and Monday night games, and I'd probably have to find a sports bar at that. And yet, my fantasy team is still better than all of your guys' teams after five weeks.
It's almost like I knew that Matt Forte (who I took in the 2nd round, mind you) would have the 9th best points total in the league. And Wes Welker, my 4th round pick at number 58 overall, yeah he's the second highest point scorer in the whole league.
Is it that I can see the fantasy future, or just that I'm smarter than you?

Wait,
You didn’t draft Garrard then?

I fail to understand what watching ESPN has to do with your success in fantasy football?

Bringing on the trash talk obviously
I had to work during the draft so I got stuck with Chris Johnson and Kenny Britt. After I saw that I was pissed and I havent cared as much. Otherwise, my team would look legit because I wouldnt have taken either of those two guys. I want to know who offered me a trade of Newton for CJ though.
… I’m not in your league, but I feel obligated to mention that succeeding in fantasy football has nothing to do with ESPN. If you took ESPN as your primary gospel of fantasy information, you’d be screwed. You obviously have internet and therefore can research stats and fantasy material online.
Of course, you’re just trying to start something with your league members. So it’s not really a big deal.

I'm just shit-talking
but it is kind of funny when to think that ESPN, where I’d say 90% of sports fans go for their sports in the US isn’t even relevant here in Israel.
