Jaguars getting back to healthy
Despite the news that three players headed to the injured reserve on Tuesday (Austen Lane, Zach Miller and Rod Issac), the Jaguars are on their way toward having their starting day lineup back on the field. In recent weeks the Jaguars have been plagued by injuries, most notably on the offensive line, where Eben Britton, Eugene Monroe and Jason Spitz have all missed time and forced some shuffling.
Today GM Gene Smith said that the Jaguars expect Monroe, Britton, CB Derek Cox and special teamers, Kassim Osgood and Montell Owens, to return to action. While LB Clint Session wasn't mentioned, he too could be returning to the lineup in time for the Monday night matchup against the Ravens.
If all these players return to play, the Jaguars will have their entire starting day lineup back in action with the exception of Courtney Greene who had been replaced by Dwight Lowery in the starting lineup anyhow.
