GET 'EM POT ROAST
is what his mom said about the 17 steaks and 32 potatoes she made him for dinner. I hope that dude learns to control his weight in the offseason.
Look at his expression, he’s hungry

And McCown.....
threw 10000 interceptions….Not Hills Fault. The Pot has called out a team….and he shall make the Texans pay!
He didn't call out Revis
He said they were over-hyped, not a bad team, an over-hyped one. There is a difference. People are so sensitive now a days, its sad really

Ah the Texans
All you have to do to get them mad is say “Frank Reich”
???
Different franchise.
You are banned from Stampede Blue.
You can browse the blog, but you can't participate.
I don't think you took me seriously. If you want it unbanned, email an admin. But, for now, your Stampede Blue privileges are done.
the way to get the Texans mad is mentioning Tony Boselli
there are folks who still claim we gave them damaged goods, which is ridiculous because they had doctors who could have checked him out. Poor guy was playing with 1 arm.

I could not agree with Knighton more....
Seriously. The Texans are a team with ONE winning season in their history. I repeat ONE winning season, and it was 9-7 at that! However, you talk to a Texans fan, and they act like they have five SB rings in a row. They are an absolute joke. It takes a down year by the Colts, Jaguars, and Titans for them to be relevant. That is the bottom line, and everybody except Texan fans knows this.
That is complete crap
If you actually knew a number of Texans fans, you’d know they are probably the most self-deprecating, pessimistic group of fans in sports. We’ve had so many bad experiences that we are always wondering what’s going to happen to us next. Just look at Battle Red Blog and you’d recognize that.
I can’t personally speak to the personalities of the Texans, but I can tell you what you’re saying about the fans is a joke.

BS!!!!
I am telling you right now that the Texan fans THIS YEAR talk as if they have won the last five SBs. If you don’t believe me, just go over to Batlle Red and read it for yourself. You can’t go in there and have a civil conversation without the BS drivel.
Here is just ONE article at BRB
“In preparing for this post, I decided to watch the Itty Bitty Glitter Kitty Committee play against the Ravens on Monday night.”
“Now that we’ve gotten some cheap laughs, let’s hit the jump and look at ways the Texans can exploit the Twilight Sparkly Kittehs on both sides of the ball.”
“The Jaguars Offensive Line, or, How The Texans Will Commit Murder on Live Television and Get Away With It.”
“Here He Comes To Save The Daaaaaaaay…That Means That Mighty Mouse Maurice Jones-Drew Is On The Way..”.
All of this coming from a team just ONE win above .500. Now show me the self-deprecation!!!!!
Further....
The Texans are not only one game above .500, but their wins are against teams with a combined record of 8-19! In fact, you have beaten one team with a .500 or above record. Exactly the same amount of wins against teams with an .500 record and above as the Jaguars.
Riiiiight!!!!!! Tell us again how you are going to “muder” our o-line, and how MJD is a “mouse.”
Do you know who Mighty Mouse is? That’s not a derogatory term…

Go look at the article
They have “mighty” crossed out in a sentence that obviously is derogatory.
A few positive fans among a horde of realistic fans does not make an entire fanbase a bunch of ridiculous, cocky pricks
The Texans have sucked for a long time and we know that. We also know we’re the best team in the AFC South, but we’re not saying that we’re Super Bowl bound. I read a thread over here where probably 80% of the fans were saying that the Jags were going to beat the Texans. Does that mean they’re a bunch of cocky pricks? No, it just means that they’re fans. Fans typically have blind faith, and there are a number of Texans fans with that too. It doesn’t mean that we’re arrogant (in fact I’d contend we’re definitely one of the least arrogant fan bases in the nation).
by Patrick Harrel on Oct 29, 2011 4:08 PM EDT up reply actions
I respectfully disagree....
But I appreciate the candor. However, the fact the you “know” you are the best team in the AFC South, not even half way throug the season only adds to my point!
A lot of football to be played, Texan fan.
I don't think there's any disputing the fact that we're the best in the AFC South
Despite injuries to Mario Williams, Andre Johnson, Arian Foster (arguably our three best players), Danieal Manning, and others, we’re atop the division and just stomped the team in second place 41-7. I would say that y’all are our biggest competition because your D can be so good, but we’re the only balanced and talented team in the division right now.
by Patrick Harrel on Oct 30, 2011 5:31 AM EDT up reply actions
I see...
“but we’re the only balanced and talented team in the division right now.”
So no other team has talent in the division? You know…drafting in the top ten for so many years will acquire talent. That doesn’t mean no other team in the division has no talent.
By the way, I assume that since you use the word “we’re,” that you play for the Texans?
Friends of mine
went to a Jags game in Houston a few years back and got spit on, cussed at and had beer spilled on them by the classy Texan fans.
