In a shocking development the Jaguars have resigned former WR Troy Williamson. When asked coach Jack Del Rio said, "Troy has speed and I just spent 5 minutes with Al Davis. He told me that speed is how you win in the NFL." Also to help ticket sales Troy will race Dick Dastardly at halftime.
