Brad Meester Will Set A Jaguars Record Sunday
Jacksonville Jaguars center Brad Meester has been an anchor on the offensive line for over a decade. On Sunday, Meester will make his 172nd start as a Jacksonville Jaguars, passing Jimmy Smith for the franchise all time leader. "Coming out of a small school like Northern Iowa, I was just thankful to have a chance to be here," Meester said. "I never thought I'd get picked in the second round, to be honest with you. ... I think every lineman's goal is 10 years, I thought, ‘Man that'd be something to make.' Here I am now at 12. When you're going through it, it seems like it takes forever sometimes. Now it's like, where'd the time go?" Meester told the Florida Times-Union.
Meester is in the final year of his contract and it's uncertain what the future holds for him beyond this season. I wouldn't be shocked if he continued to play and signed another deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars, but I also wouldn't be shocked he retired either.

Speaking of ring of honor (which I believe we call Pride of the Jaguars)...
I was at Everbank on Wednesday and saw Donovin Darius. He was really nice, and when he left I thought to myself: “self, maybe Double D deserves a spot next to Boselli in the PotJ”.
The clothesline that put that Packer in the hospital should be enough to get him a spot.
Thoughts?
